The Application Process
The Choice Foundation accepts applications for funding and governance
from organisations that aim to support innovative or expanded programs and projects that assist and enhance the lives of people living with a disability in our community.
The Application Process
The fund will review applications for projects and programs that fall within the identified five key pillars:
Education
Housing
Respite
Vocation
Social
All projects and programs supported are sourced through JCA Member Organisations. If your project or program falls outside of these organisations, and you feel it falls within our mission, please contact us.
Successful applicants will need to fall within one of the key five pillars and fulfil a specified need of the Fund on an annual basis.

Guidelines to apply
You must be a JCA Member Organisation or partnering with a JCA Member Organisation.
Your program or project must fall within the Specified Purpose of the Fund.
Your program or project must fall within the Five Pillars of the Fund.
You must return the Application Form within the timeframe of the process as outlined.
Your funding request must not exceed a maximum of three years.
Get Involved
There are different ways you can get involved, by either volunteering or joining one of our ’Teams’!
Team options include:
Parents of kids with disabilities
Young adults
People with disabilities
Volunteering options include:
Being a leader to help lead one of the above teams
Use your creative skills to help get information out to the community
Participate and drive social events for the community
Or do you have a particular skill? This could be used to assist people with disabilities, let us know and we can help match you!

Donate
Where your money goes
Donations are directed to JCA who distributes funding back to The Choice Foundation where appropriate. Funds can be donated for programs to run as per our distribution process or can be requested for one of the specific areas of focus: Social, Respite, Vocation, Education or Housing.
