BRAVE TALKS
What is Brave Talks?
Brave Talks aims to hold a safe, trauma-informed space from which to hear one another and hold conversations that may otherwise go left unshared. In so doing, we aim to break the cycle of shame that can all too often be associated with mental health; building awareness, challenging stereotypes, reducing stigma and ultimately breaking down barriers of help seeking.
Our stories are varied, our experiences are unique but our capacity to hear and heal through human connection will always be universal.
